Is my journal private? +
Yes. Your entries are stored securely and never sold or used for advertising. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate reflections, and they explicitly do not use your data to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI work? +
Your entries are analyzed by Anthropic's Claude AI. The Overseer has context of your full journal history, allowing it to spot long-term patterns. Reflections (mirror, pattern, blind spot, reframe) are generated per-entry based on what you write.
Can I delete my data? +
Yes. You can delete individual entries at any time. You can also delete your entire account, which permanently removes all your entries, reflections, and conversation history from our active databases.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
- Web: Manage your billing in the app's pricing page.
- iOS: Go to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
